      I called a few small businesses to try to get Suzy’s (my Suzuki Grand Vitara) oil changed the same day. Initially when I called Automotive Experts they told me they were booked. But when I told them that I would probably have to go to Jiffy Lube as a last resort (and I hate Jiffy Lube), the guy on the phone said, “Oh no we can’t let that happen” and he told me to come bring my car in and they would fit me in. I received super friendly customer service, the bathroom was clean, they changed Suzy’s oil super fast, and they only charged me $37, which in my opinion is not a good deal — It’s a GREAT deal. – Seattle, WA

      Automotive Experts of Covington is the ONLY place to take your vehicle if you live in the Kent, Covington, Maple Valley or Black Diamond area. They have done several jobs on my cars (including taking care of me when my BMW broke down on the highway!) and I trust them completely. I have never received customer service as good as this place and it keeps me coming back.
